I loved my stay at this resort! The accommodation felt like home with spacious rooms and bathrooms. The Wi-Fi was fast and the staff were very friendly. The location is great, with the new Terminal 21 mall nearby. It's definitely a place I would stay at again.

We were traveling with our 2 young children the "room" with 2 king sized beds and 2 full baths and kitchen was perfect. It was the size of a town house in many cities with 2 levels. A great value.
I would have preferred brewed coffee to the instant, but it's a small thing and the rest of the breakfast was very good.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was tucked away on a quiet street, offering a peaceful and secluded atmosphere. the hotel had a restaurant on-site, which was convenient for quick meals. the Wi-Fi at the hotel was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay.
That the hotel did not allow guests to cook in their rooms, even though there was a burner stove provided. This was a bit disappointing for someone like me who enjoys cooking during vacations.

The resort is very close to The Mall Korat. The room was big enough, it was with a separated living room. We spent one night there only, but if we come back we will choose again. It was clean, the cable tv was good as well. Our room was quiet new, nothing wrong with it.
Only two thing, the breakfast could be bigger, i mean not to many choice. But this is a small resort, and with this we think still excellent. The other thing is, to find the resort. My wife is thai, she could read the board on the side of the main road. They should put an english board as well.

The hotel's location near Terminal 21 and the major shopping areas in town was perfect. It made it convenient for me to explore and enjoy the city's attractions. The staff at this hotel were friendly and always ready to assist. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The parking facilities were also convenient.

Very comfortable bungalows with separate cosy sitting room. Lovely big bed and good quality bedding. Bathroom was a bit basic. Staff very friendly. Resturant food and breakfast very basic. Reasonably priced tuk tuks and very good shopping mall near by.
Absolutely nothing to do and no resturants in city centre, we walked around for about an hour and everything was closed the only place to ear was on a few street stalls in the market.

No good location, tuk-tuk or taxi was always necessary, hotel charged very high price for use of taxi (100 thb to nearby bus terminal)

The rooms were very well equipped and clean. They offered everything from a small solo traveler's room to large family rooms with unique and practical designs including spacious bathrooms. The location was quiet, providing a great night's sleep, and providing a fantastic range of flowering plants in the magical gardens. Wi-Fi was excellent with a fast and stable connection.
The hotel's location was a bit remote and not easy to reach on foot, so taking a cab or Tuktuk is necessary. Breakfast was covered over with only a breakfast menu to choose from due to a few guests staying at the hotel, creating a lack of variety in food choices.

For me, Korat is 106km from my actual destination in Thailand. When I arrive in the Kingdom I do my major shopping for my stay at Tesco Lotus and the Hypermart at the Mall. Having stayed at other hotels in the area, I commend Chayada Resort for their comfortable beds. As it takes me about 30 hours to get there from my home in SanFrancisco, a good bed is appreciated! The price I paid, 1,200 baht is a real bargain for the clean, modern and comfortable accommodation. As far as people who comment it is somewhat remote, I was able to walk to the main shopping road and I have just had hip replacement surgery. I will gladly use them again and highly recommend this resort.
I really do not have any negative comments, they could however add a swimming pool and thus be more accurately described as a "resort."
